Experience

Palo Alto, CA

LLL Construction managed the supply and installation of heavy-duty ceiling TV mounts, including custom extension columns, to support owner-furnished 85" displays. Our scope included layout coordination, structural substrate verification, hardware procurement, and oversight of safe and precise installation in a high-visibility retail/gallery environment. The installation was part of a broader effort to activate the storefront with immersive, digital content during buildout. By integrating AV infrastructure early, we helped reinforce the project's visual identity from day one — supporting both aesthetic and functional goals.

San Francisco, CA

Role: Construction Manager (CM)
Scope: Full Home Renovation

LLL Construction was hired as the Construction Manager for a full renovation of this two-story residence in the Richmond District of San Francisco. The transformation included major structural upgrades, an entirely new kitchen layout, staircase design, and all-new finishes throughout.

Highlights include:
- Full interior renovation across all levels
- Modernization of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms
- Extensive finish upgrades including flooring, lighting, custom cabinetry, and millwork
- Major façade upgrade and landscaping
- Rear-yard hardscape and new ADU-ready garage structure goals.
